- Judicial Excellence, Court Ethics & Specialized Adjudication: Through multi-year strategic frameworks with the Supreme Court Policy Strategy Agency (Badan Strategi Kebijakan Mahkamah Agung RI), the Judicial Commission (Komisi Yudisial RI), the Semarang State Administrative Court (PTUN Semarang), and the Directorate General of Religious Courts (Ditjen Badilag MA RI), UII faculty experts deliver advanced masterclasses in sentencing consistency, case-law harmonization, procedural fairness in executive disputes, sharia commercial arbitration, and court ethical compliance. Furthermore, UII has trained and certified over 300 advocates through the Special Advocate Professional Education (PKPA) program with PERADI, institutionalizing pro-bono legal defense obligations for indigent citizens.
- Civil Service Modernization, Digital Governance & Forensic Anti-Corruption: In partnership with the Ministry of Communications and Informatics (BPSDM Kominfo RI), UII has certified over 250 regional civil servants and government IT personnel in electronic government systems (SPBE), municipal smart city data governance, and cybersecurity protocols. Concurrently, UII collaborates with the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (KemenPAN-RB) to mentor public agencies in merit-based civil service restructuring and anti-corruption Integrity Zones (WBK/WBBM), while partnering with the Forensic Auditor Professional Certification Board (LSP AF) to upskill government internal supervisory apparatus (APIP) and regional inspectorates in fraud examination and public procurement audit standards.
- Law Enforcement Integrity, Restorative Justice & Correctional Rehabilitation: UII conducts specialized criminal jurisprudence workshops for the Indonesian National Police (Polri) to operationalize restorative justice protocols under Police Regulation No. 8/2021; delivers human rights and clinical legal aid masterclasses for correctional officers at Yogyakarta Class IIA Detention Facility (Rutan); and provides juvenile diversion training for officers at the Special Child Correctional Facility (LPKA) to safeguard fair trial rights and youth reintegration.

- Human Rights Due Diligence, Anti-Trafficking & Higher Education Governance: Expanding public protection capacities, UII partners with the National Commission on Human Rights (Komnas HAM RI) to train municipal officials in regional bylaw human rights audits; collaborates with Indonesia Corruption Watch (ICW) on public integrity monitoring; trains 60 village-level paralegals and local task forces with Migrant Care in identifying human trafficking (TPPO) red flags; and spearheads the European Commission Erasmus+ Capacity Building Consortium (iHiLead Program), establishing a national school of governance and leadership for university rectors and deans across 7 Indonesian universities.

- Sustainable Agricultural Land Protection (LP2B) and Spatial Zoning: Commissioned by the Kediri Regency Government (Pemerintah Kabupaten Kediri), UII led comprehensive socio-legal and spatial policy research evaluating agricultural land conversion. This research formulated the empirical and statutory foundation for local municipal bylaws protecting prime agricultural land, ensuring regional food sovereignty and agrarian justice.
- Peatland Environmental Governance and Disaster Mitigation: In collaboration with the Banyuasin Regency Government and South Sumatra provincial authorities, UII scholars conducted field-based policy research on wetland ecosystem conservation, forest-fire mitigation by-laws, and community-based peatland restoration regulations. The findings were directly adopted into local environmental governance roadmaps.
- Regional Fiscal Governance and Local Tax Decentralization: UII provides continuous empirical research to municipal governments across D.I. Yogyakarta and Central Java, modeling local tax compliance, public utility tariffs, and village fund fiscal governance to enhance regional revenue transparency and public service delivery.

Governed by strict protocols ensuring equal speaking time, balanced moderation, and public livestreaming, these townhalls promote transparent, policy-oriented electoral choices free from sectarian division.
- Cross-Party Parliamentary Dialogues on National Legislative Reform: UII regularly convenes cross-party parliamentary roundtables uniting lawmakers from opposing legislative factions, constitutional scholars, and human rights defenders.
